Top Performing Tech4ED Hub in the Visayas Cluster 1
The Negros Occidental Language and Information Technology Center (NOLITC) is named the top-performing Tech4ED hub in the Visayas Cluster 1 by the Department of Information and Communications Technology.

DICT named NOLITC as top 1 in total number of platform-based users as of April 2019 and top 1 in total number of trainings conducted from November 2018 to April 2019.
