The Negros Occidental Language and Information Technology Center (NOLITC) is the first and only government-run language and information technology center in Western Visayas.
It is a technical-vocational institution, registered and accredited by the Technical Education and Skills Authority, that offers competency-based training programs and services.
The core mandate of NOLITC is to provide responsive human resource development programs and services to Negrenses.
As a pioneer government initiative for talent development, NOLITC has become a poverty reduction strategy of the Provincial Government of Negros Occidental that provides quality training and job opportunities to the out-of-school youth, high school graduates, college drop-outs and unemployed college graduates.
This November, Negros Occidental Language and Information Technology Center (Nolitc) is one with our nation in celebrating this year’s National Children’s Month with the theme “New Normal Na Walang Iwanan: Karapatan ng Bawat Bata ating Tutukan!”
