2D Animation NC III
This course is designed to develop and enhance the knowledge, skills and attitudes of an Animator in accordance with industry standards. It covers the basic and common competencies in addition to the core competencies such as to produce key drawings for animation, produce cleaned-up and in-betweened drawings, create 2D digital animation and to use an authoring tool to create an interactive sequence.

Visual Graphic Design NC III
This course consists of competencies that a person must achieve to design and develop visual graphic designs for print media; electronic media; product packaging and booth and product/window display.

Contact Center Services NC II
This course is designed to enhance the knowledge, skills and attitudes of a Contact Center Services Provider in accordance with industry standards. It covers competencies a person must achieve to interact with customers to provide information about products and services. It also covers handling of customer’s complaints, inbound customers, order taking and inquiry response handling and outbound telemarketing.
